Anderson comes home

We finally made it home late Sunday night. We were so relieved to be home with our little guy! Life has certainly changed drastically since we've been home! Who knew sleep deprivation could be SO much fun!! :) We went to Anderson's pediatrician Monday and his bili level was lower again, so that's good news! He is looking much less like a yellow munchkin and more and more like Brad! Kari is doing well and feeling ok after her C-section.

We've come to find out that babies are really unique creatures. Eat, sleep and poop is a really very accurate description of their lives. Anderson is a good eater, a better sleeper and a heck of a pooper. Brad didn't realize that changing a diaper can be quite the adventure. Overall, all 3 of us are doing well and love our new lives.

  1. Congrats, so glad to hear you're home. It's different having your own baby, isn't it, Kari? No patient can prepare you for your own. Hope you are able to sleep a little...take care!
